Nova – “build your visual world”

Nova FM is typical of our ability to work with designers, architects and clients. Requiring exciting visual presentation the 3D illuminated Nova man was created as a reception feature with the use of coloured neon backlighting on a cross fade controller. Building Identification signs, internal wall features, reception desk glass panels and vinyl graphics on glazing all complement the environment.

Orchard Funds Management is regarded as one of Australia's leading property funds management companies. Its Victorian offices can be recognised by the large illuminated neon building signs that sit on top of its Head Office at No 1 Spring Street Melbourne.

There are three illuminated neon and aluminium signs, each 6.5 metres in diameter clearly identifying and branding the Orchard building. Constructing and installing these distinctive illuminated neon signs safely, cleanly and without major disruption to building occupants or building security was a principal requirement. Major Graphics documentation for engineering approval, building approval and planning applications prior to manufacture ensured minimum disruption.

Thales is a global technology leader for the aerospace, space, defence, security and transportation markets. So naturally the building identification signage and branding were important.

By uniquely constructing the large 3D letters and framework in aluminium and a vinyl flex face for the background and cold cathode neon for the illumination you achieve an easy to clean, virtually maintenance free building sign.
